Dear Patients,
On April 17, 2026, I had the honor of participating in the ENOVIS DAY Knee Masterclass congress, which took place at The Westin Hotel in Warsaw. It was a large, specialized scientific event devoted to modern knee arthroplasty, bringing together experts from Poland and abroad.
During the congress, I represented the Department of Minimally Invasive Orthopedics and Rehabilitation of the Medical University of Warsaw at Mazowiecki Bródnowski Hospital in Warsaw, where we implement modern solutions in the treatment of patients requiring knee arthroplasty on a daily basis. The Department is headed by Prof. Paweł Skowronek, with whom we are developing a comprehensive approach to surgical treatment and perioperative care.
I had the pleasure of participating in one of the sessions and in a discussion panel alongside outstanding specialists, including three professors. A particularly valuable experience was the opportunity to exchange knowledge with Prof. Nick London from the United Kingdom - a world-class surgeon specializing in knee arthroplasty.

Original Integrated Perioperative Care Protocol in Knee Arthroplasty
This is a concept that we are implementing in our Department under the leadership of Prof. Paweł Skowronek, in order to respond even better to patients’ needs before surgery, during hospitalization, and throughout the recovery period. In my opinion, modern arthroplasty is not only a precisely performed operation, but also well-planned, coordinated, and holistic patient care.
My presentation was met with great interest from the congress participants. The topic proved to be highly relevant, as a comprehensive approach to the patient is becoming increasingly important in orthopedic treatment - including qualification for surgery, preoperative preparation, selection of the appropriate technique, pain management, rehabilitation, and the safety of the entire treatment process.
Participation in events like this is not only an opportunity for me to share my own experience, but also to continue developing professionally and exchanging knowledge with the leading specialists in the field of knee surgery. All of this is done in order to offer my Patients treatment in line with current global standards.
