Dear Patients,
On April 12, 2025, I had the pleasure of actively participating as a speaker at the Orthopedic Symposium “Knee Behind the Scenes 2025,” which took place in Łódź. The event was organized by the Clinic of Orthopedics and Pediatric Orthopedics at the Medical University of Łódź under the patronage of the Polish Orthopedic and Traumatological Society.
What was the symposium about?
The conference focused on a comprehensive approach to the diagnosis, surgical treatment, and rehabilitation of knee joint disorders. The program was designed to address the real needs of doctors working with patients—from initial assessment to advanced surgical techniques and the use of modern technologies.
The main topics included, among others:
decisions made before surgery (“Before you pick up the knife”),
biomechanics of the knee joint – restoration or modification,
types of articulations used in knee replacement surgery,
robotics, navigation, and innovative solutions in TKA (Total Knee Arthroplasty),
methods of solving problems in complex TKA cases.
Participants had the opportunity to listen to many excellent lectures, exchange experiences, and learn about the latest achievements and technological solutions in the treatment of knee disorders.
For my patients
Participation in such events allows me not only to develop as an orthopedic surgeon but, above all, to implement the latest, proven, and safe solutions in treating my patients. Each meeting is an impulse for me to continue improving and introducing innovations in daily clinical practice.
